Sony BDP-S560 1080p Blu-ray Disc Player Right now

I was expecting more from Sony - setup was simple enough but i found the player harder to use than earlier Sony DVD models -maybe this is just the price of BlueRay technology. If you only want to play a disk, ok the picture quality was fine. But functions like fast forward were unusable for DVDs, normally fast forward shows the action speeded up, but here there was a pause and a sequence of jerky jumps ahead without any continuity of motion - you couldn't even tell how fast you were forwarding, one second, two seconds, per jump.... Slow motion was similarly problematic. The startup screen was confusing even to someone who has used a half dozen dvd players and recorders in the past.
