I bought this Sharp 26" DVD combo on line and did not get a chance to test it before I bought it. If I did I would not have bought this TV. The picture is great and the remote is easy to understand. The problem is when you change the channels it take forever to go from one channel to the next. The screen goes black for at least 5 seconds between each channel change. It's enough to drive you crazy. The second thing that I have found wrong with the DVD part of the TV is the sound quality when a DVD is playing. The sound is so low that it's almost impossible to hear with the volume turned all the way up. I do not have the TV in a place where I can add extra speakers. I would rather buy a TV with speaker that work. I would never never buy a Sharp TV again...Get more detail about Sharp LC26DV27UT 26-Inch 720p LCD HDTV with Built-in DVD Player, Black.
